Alpha Noble Ice Bar

On the 8th of June 2006 the very first and only icebar in Germany, the "Alpha Noble IceBar" has opened. Constant -5 degrees Celsius in a 90 sqm top-location on the bank of river Elbe, frosty vodka drinks served in icy glasses... that's how one would describe what the guests, wrapped in down jackets, can expect.

In the beginning it had been 42 tons of crystal-clear ice that has been transported from Canada to Hamburg in more than 300 blocks. Few weeks later the creation has been fullfilled: through a lock one is entering the Alpha Noble ice bar in which all classical bar elements are made from ice. The centre of the ice bar is a huge ice-bar counter. Many big ice-sculptures are causing sensation. LED lights are dipping the bar in an impressive athmosphere with fascinating colors. Lounge music is filling the room while bar manager Ricko Schmitz and his team are serving ice-cold Alpha Noble vodka-creations...

The Alpha Noble IceBar is open on Sunday - Thursday from 5pm - 12am on every full hour. Differrent times are possible on special arrangement.
On Friday and Saturday the Alpha Noble IceBar can be visited nonstop from 7pm - 12am.

The entry fee for the Alpha Noble IceBar is 14 EUR per person and includes the rental of the cold protection clothing as well as the first Alpha Noble vodka drink.
