IndoChine is the first restaurant offering authentic Indochinese cuisine paired with French influences. Every seat is offering an astonishing view onto the river Elbe and the harbour.

The unique ambience created by Asian artefakts is enchanting the guests at their coulinary journey into former Indochina - today known as Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. The river view is creating an additional unique athmosphere. During sunny days the fine-dining terrace is attracting in the courtyard.

IndoChine - Bar SáVanh

Huge Maria-Therese-chandeliers will catch your eyes when you enter the Bar "SáVanh" on the first of three floors of IndoChine waterfront + restaurant situated at the gourmet mile of the Hamburg harbour. Ceiling high windows, huge Buddah-statues contrasting modern leather lounges - cunningly the design plays with stilistics from East and West. During sunny days you can enjoy the fantastic river view from one of our deckchairs on our huge terrace.

From Sunday till Thursday you can enjoy our delicious cokctail creations and finger food while relaxing on our leather lounges listening to lounge music. On Friday and Saturday you can dance - from 22 o'clock well know DJ's spin their records.

Maybe you want to learn how to mix cocktails? No problem: Our bar manager Ricko Schmitz and his team are offering classes on a regular basis during our Cocktail-Academy. Please ask us for the next classes.
